Working for RFG was a great experience & loved every minute of it

- was challenging , but rewarding making sure sure no room for errors - has actually have a brilliant understanding with Co-workers - I’ve learned how to deal With regional/ national buyers also exposed to Key Accounts doing listings & how to approach these situations - enjoying having to go to the county watching how you’ve grown the cat agora & how you can further grow it at the same time building the relationship with store owners - most challenging is Operations & Distribution you get customers notifying you of none delivery & you have to follow up & make sure they get their stock, another thing is when theirs out of stocks of KVI lines how to sell in the next best thing & still keep all parties happy

Pros: Exposure to senior, national buyers & building good relationships
Cons: Having to do trade shows & spend very long hours making sure all things are 100%
