Excellent learning curve

It is a accommodating environment working together as a team to make life easier for our students to learn.being part of a good team of co-workers.I learned a lot especially on how to keep students motivated and grooming them.I enjoyed monitoring their accounts and being able to identify those who had difficulties and making sure they never felt sight lined or neglected but I was most challenged when some of them brought their sensitive personal challenge which I could not assist them with but nonetheless it was great to maintain a good relationship with them

Learning facility

in my views the company is doing well, but i think it must also take care of their employees who run the day to day business, as they are exposed to customers and understand what is expected.

work intergete leaning as for expirirence.admin assistance. as I was a student I used to work for D&D alluminium in located at springfield.the are good opportunities for promotion

Great learning curve and boost experience

I mostly work with students and also troubleshoot and configure network in all the student computers in the various lab. relationship with co-workers is simple and professional and a bit casual I've learnt a great deal from the learners i teach and get to understand them a little better everyday. I enjoy teaching and learning.

Pros: great working experience and moral boost
Cons: long working hours and i work from Monday to Saturday
