Good learner and Team worker

I have been working for RGZ Projects since I was a student on 2011 and I had a good relationship with all the employee even the employer. I am that person who is willing to learn from everyone even if that person is a labor but there are things I don't know and he knows especial the technical work. I was curious about everything that is happening on site because I was based on site. 2013 I started to as Junior QS and I was given a site to work on where we building Low cost Houses. the project was not challenging except the community issues. My next big project was a school at Hluhluwe where I gain more experience working as QS as well as Project Manager. I finished the project in time within the budget.

Cons: preasure of submitting work
