Targets and Goal Oriented

In my department we have a very busy day to ensure that compliance to specification and contractual targets are met. We often have a variety of international clients visiting our company and Quality department hosts , a high level of professionalism is maintained. We have regular meetings to measure progress and give feedback to management 2-3 times a week. Through meeting discussion we put heads together with fellow colleagues to tackle obstacles. I enjoy the openness and transparency which our boss(Doesn't like to be called that) portrays and is able to meet us on our levels. Most challenging aspect is the fact that our company gets penalties if we don't meet set targets. Financial Figures: targets etc are made available to all employees and thus helps on setting goals.

Pros: Feels at home when interacting with all employees Regardless their level
Cons: Targets entails working hard and extra hours

Excellent skills

-I have worked with many machinery...serviced machinery that I have worked on before,and have worked with inspection gauges and equipment and hand tools..and have worked in a heat treated environment with different types of material like ferrous and non ferrous metals even special steels. -I have slight experience in manufacturing moulds and mainly machine parts and gauges. -to reduce scrap I would manufacture easy using gauges to check sizes or even re-using scrap materials to manufacture components. -I have worked on milling machines,lathe machines,surface grinders,cam autos,welding machines.5 years in learning fields -I have been working with engineering drawings..and assembly drawings -I Have worked within 0.02mm. -starting salary is expected from R10000 and up. -availability is immediate. -reasons for leaving company is due to contract expiring.and looking for permanent position

How to work in a team environment

I am a young person who is willing to learn previously i was working at rheinmetall denel munition where i was doing multi tasks they hired me as a general worker but when i get to the plant i was assisting an artisans to repair electrical motors,1000 ton pressers, 700 ton pressers and doing a house keeping.I had a good relationship with my supervisor he loved me a lot cause i was good on doing house keeping.What I have learnt is how to work in a team environment as well as independently .

A grasp of knowledge compounded throughout working for that company

On daily basis I'd perform my duties no matter what the tasks was and able to reach them out before the end of the day Relationship with my co-worker's wasn't as bad as I thought I'd be able to relate things in regards to the job specifications I acquired a lot of knowledge in that company which specialises in different parts of production procedures I enjoyed working with different types of machine while standing Most challenging could've been deadlines but I'm afraid nor pressurized I could cope and handle procedures
