Excellent company to work for

I feel like I am being paid less because I gained a lot at this company. I have been working since 2005, I started as a General assistant earning only R950.00

Good learning spot for self development

Working with current staff is nice, as we all drive to achieve sales and win customers. Our relationship is good for business, what I learn there is, do what will make your customer come back another day and what will make him tell others to come to our door. The happiness of the customer his what makes me feel enjoying my Job. The most challenging part is , competition among the stores, where by I have to keep on telling the staff why they have to assist arriving customers so quick so they enjoy their shopping with us. Staff doesn't understand that. By the time the Budget laid in front of us is huge than customer flow in store. Anyway we push and get to it through hardworking and optimism.

Pros: there are minor chances of promotion
Cons: Long working hours are paid though if reported why exist
