Exposure into different roles in short periods of time

At first people are friendly and helpful work life balance starts off very balanced, as time progresses people become very competitive and gossip alot behind your back and to the executives. Progression or promotions come with alot of work and no reward which causes an employee to be very despondent

Pros: passion for products and industry
Cons: long working hours, limited investment in employees

Excellect learning curve

I have a great relationship with my colleagues. We love our customera they became like family to us. I enjoy working at this company veryone is just pleasant and very friendly.
