Excellent learning curve

I am privileged to work at my current company. A lot of on the job learning with different project throughout SA. We are quite a small team, about 10 employees. All industrial engineer, mostly working on TLMP's (Technical and Logistical Master plan). This offering calculate site capacities form high to detail level. This allows the clients to make decisions where they need to expand based on demand. What would be the suggested alternatives and how much it would cost on a high level. We also engage on operational excellence where the industrial engineer are brought in to improve the efficiency, costs or quality of the process, resource usages or the product. I am looking to stay in the Western Cape, and that is why I apply for a different job.
