An experience of a life time to work with a lot of people.

GOOD ORGANISATION Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology is a very diversified Company that specializes in Education and Training for young and Old Students. My focus in the Company was to interact with new clients as well as Old Students. Communication is a very important aspect when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have learnt a lot of important things within this Origination.

Pros: Growth is possible within the Company. You get to learn more behind Sales and Marketing as well as interact with Managers when need of help.
Cons: Extra working hours and holidays when needed, including Saturdays as well.

Great learning

Ive started working at richfield graduate institute of technology. Im a lecturer in profession but I want to develop my skill by following my dreams. Im looking for a company that will give me a chance to showcase my skills. Lecturing is not my favourate but administrative job is what ive been dreaming for

Excellent opportunity for learning

Work from 07.30 to 16.30 basically lecturing,reviewing study guides,consulting with students, doiing research and setting exams Relationship with fellow workers is extremely good as we work as a team I have learnt how to develop module or course material and to upgrade the ones to fit the demands of the day I enjoy being in class delivering a lecture

Excellent learning curve and good time management

I work from 8 am to 16:30. I have a good relationship with my students and my fellow co-workers. I have learned that the opinion of the next party might make a difference in ones life especially in the work environment. Team work is very essential. I enjoy doing research and interacting with new people on a regular daily basis. Working under pressure make me perform more actively. The most challenging aspect f the job is dealing with students who are difficult and not attending classes,

Learning curve

The is too much paper work,I have a good relationship with my co works, how to handle pleasure and to meet deadline and also work without supervision, being ableto help our student with financial problem and parents as well, sometimes we don't have time to go to lunch and the is too much work that you can't even do you own personal things or even go home to see you family or get a leave

Being appointed an assistant librarian and assist marketing

I have a good working relationships with my co-workers, we work as a team and we learn a lot from each other. I have learnt a lot especially during marketing period, how to intact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I love and enjoy talking to people and helping them where I can.

Pros: Getting an opportunity to learn more and explore other faculties within the company.
Cons: Working long hours without pay.
