True definition of starting from the bottom, great experience gained.

A typical day at work starts out with you having planned it the day before. You meet many different faces from the security to the cleaners and the clients. Co-workers we hardly ever see each other due to being at clients throughout the day, we do however keep in touch for advice on issues we experience on the field with devices. I've learnt how to problem solve on my own and with the team. The most challenging aspects have to be the different clients one faces, others are in a good mood and often others are not. Interacting with clients and how internal meetings are conducted was another highlight for me. I've learned so much that has inspired me to carry myself in a certain way and understanding corporate culture.

Strong and fast learner

Excellent at managing analytics within my field. Staff and executive support is where most of my colleagues will say I shine, reliable. Providing data in a highly presentable and professional manner is a strength.

Ready to learn

I work really well with my team. I am a really hard worker and I don't stop till I finish whatever task I'm given. I'm also a fun person to be around. I love meeting new people and learning different things. I'm a very fast learner and good listener. I do have computer skills. (Word , excel, power point, outlook) I'm a good motivator to my other team members. I would really like it if you could contact me

Always willing to go the extra mile

I deal with a lot of queries on a daily basis. Reconciling accounts. Customers complaining of incorrect billings so you have to investigate with the billings department. I have an execellent relationship with my co-workers. Most of them will come to me for assistance if they are not able to reconcile an account or resolve a query. I enjoy reconciling accounts, problem solving, collecting money and reaching my goal at the end of the month. The most challenging aspect of my job is when your queries with other departments so get resolved and the customer is waiting for an answer.
