I have a good relationship with my co workers but they dont have the communication with us

Iits good to work there but sometimes you will get phone calls to go somewhere and when you on your way to the place other 1 Will call you and say dont worry about it go to where I want u to go somewhere, that means there is no communication amongst them and that is killing me as the driver. We are in a good relationship with my co workers, i learnt that always respect yoself before you respect others amd the clients. I enjoy to work, drive and to meet new people.. we always working under pressure because prepare their deliveri8 late.

Pros: I would love to get promotions
Cons: I dont have a problem in working long hours

Its a very good company they just have very bad habits of treating there employees not right so the only thing is they Re near to my house that the only con
