Not good

It is not a good place to work. It is family owned business. Management is rude and vulgar. No growth. You do more than your job title. No such thing as working hours. Staff are sometimes required to work as and when owner feels fit

One step at a Time.

Job description is to deliver the paper orders to the customers, assist with the daily duties of factory. Packjng,cleaning etc.Take waste to be recycled. Collection of paper orders. Washing and monitoring of vehicle

Pros: Seeking opportunity for promotion
Cons: My worth is not shown to the company. I have alot more to offer.
