Working there was hectic but I always managed to pull through. I always encouraged good working relationships among employees, through team building programs. I was not the most liked manager but one of the most needed manager. I believed in fairness and doing things according to the book. I enjoyed working inside and outside the office. We would sometimes have events like dinners and outreach activities, and that's what I love the most. That I could be in the office and still take a break and learn as much as I could.

Pros: Intense Growth
Cons: Long hours and limited opportunities for promotion

i have learned how to treat people in a good manner teat each other equally recpectfully

I have attained 4 years B.com Accounting from University of Fort Hair 2000 to 2004. It would be very fulfilling to be given an opportunity to be part of your organization and to share my skills and knowledge in a way that will benefit your organization to the full extend. I am currently and Accountant at Rivers of Living Waters Ministries Kind regards Mapontso Ramaema

Pros: Learn more from all department from sales to marketing .respect excellency hard work
Cons: no promotion or incease .the church depend only on offerings and tithe hence there is no qarantee that month end will get paid it only depends on whether there will be enough to cover all salaries

I am aVery good learning experience, to handle difficult situation and still delivery good quality. Being executive photographer and videographer and handle one man show being all rounder. Working extra hours when requested. I always exceed my work required form be going extra miles to get production to run. team playerI am u
