When I started working it was not easy because it was my first job with no experience. I am the only HR in a company and I had to represent the Company to CCMA. but things are better, I have learned a lot and I have gain lot of experience. I do win cases at CCMA and I know how to follow the disciplinary procedure.

Pros: i have started as a cleaner but today I am HR Admin
Cons: The only problem they don't pay according to marked related.

Good learning skills.

I learn more about working with different cultures such as nigerian,congolist and people from zimbabwe.And also learn about the food and how to prepare it. Especially the nigerian how they talk and how loud they are when the are communicating with us,they are stubborn and like to fight. The congolist as well they got their own things,also too loud when they talking.They also not like to be undermined,their the hardworkers and also enjoys to play and making our job a pleasent place to be. And us south african we are working well in a team and learn more about our company wat is expected for us to do,and doing the best of our ability to do the best. The zimbabian work more us and we also cook the same food.

Pros: Working very hard.
Cons: long hours on night shift

Excellent learner

my name is thato mofokeng I work in sandton at rvonia on deck its been 3 months working there. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues I work well with them no conflicts we share the same vision to grow and develop our skills. What I have learned so far is capturing, filing, answering phone at work, schedule bookings and I learned to share ideas with colleagues. I enjoy working with team and making the company a success. The most challenging aspect of the job is when there is lot of work to do and less time to finish.
