Excellent learning experience

The company is still young and therefore growth potential is limited and the company is not that stable, work flow was constant and there was always a communication barrier between Staff & Operations Manager. Staff were driven and not rewarded accordingly and felt undervalued at times

Good Learnership programme, Not enough systems and procedures in place,

Days can get rough unexpectedly, Co-workers are nice and friendly, , Admin staff is also very friendly, great atmosphere and good for someone wanting to learn and develop their skills in the panel wiring and manufacturing industry. Management needs to implement more health and safety procedures and to make sure the process is followed correctly

Pros: Good Learning potential, Friendly staff members
Cons: Management needs to upgrade skills development
