Good organisational with a lot of learning

every Monday morning we meet as team to review weekly status ,what worked and not working. We share the information with our regional marketing offices. The SharePoint allows us to Share important data, this will give us a clear direction of what the organisation is headed to. As a team leader of all Mobile buses operators .I request a weekly report from all the operators .I need to know how many activations per week they have executed as requested by APP target. I travel around the country to assist our marketing regions to implement activations utilising our activations mobile buses. Also during comrades marathon and Rand Easter show I am the first person to engage with service providers and making sure that what we have procure is there. I enjoy travelling around and meeting new people as specially my colleagues in other provinces. The most challenging of the job is to reach target at the end of the activations because we spend a lot of money to put advert on radio and print

Pros: Working with different regions and implimenting new activations to promote RAF mandate.
Cons: we work long ours and also during holidays to target the customers and making sure that we reach the objective of the organizations

Pros: good company, access to executives
Cons: slow decision making
