Growth

The company is fairly good. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn. Deadline driven company that is all about making profit and money. You will grow within the company as the company has different branches

Fast learner

I worked at Canon as an on site technician supporting multifuction printers for canon ,for 2 Years ,now i am working as a field technician doing all types of printer for Roan Systems , I have diplama in IT I Enjoy working with laser printers and communicate with Clients

High pressurised working environment, deadline driven and strategic planning.

My company is very stuck in its old ways and sometimes step on toes of experts within the Company however, I know how to get the picture through to Top Management that change is always a good thing if done correctly. I have an Industrial Psychology degree up to honours level so I know how to deal with staff as well as how to keep them motivated and productive. I have learnt a lot about IR cases and how to deal with them I consider myself an expert on that field as well with all of the cases I've done and won at the same time. I enjoy the culture at my company and how we have each others backs no matter what I think that's what's made us successful for 22 years.

Open to learning new things

before roan system i was doing my learner ship with the company called bytes, where i was given the skills to working as a team, and also have the ability to work as an individual. working on large projects on a short period of time. i am comfortable working with any rise because i speak almost all 11 languages. i am will to learn new thing and i am a first learner,and self motivated.
