Further up my studies

I am currently working a three shift system which Sometimes it's challenging when the is a lack of communication between the shifts, that can cause The whole department a negative results on our dairly production meetings, I have also learned that on my shift I need to be flexible and multi-skilled hence I'm running the whole department for that specific period e.g. I will mainly focus on production ,maintenance planning and sometimes do the dispatching of the finished products from manufacturing to the wear house, so that it actually gives me an opportunity learn The chain link between raw material department and the finished product department chanells

Pros: Great opportunity to study so I can be a productive within the organization
Cons: Working under pressure and produce encouraging results

Excellent learning curve

Working at robor is excellent for careers such as mechanical and electrical,is a good place to learn and gain experience at that company, there is plenty types of machine to learn from and the artisan are the best to learn from.

Doing general maintenance on machinery and mills

maintenance of mills and machines preventative maintenance attending breakdown i have learned to work as quick as possible to minimize the stoppages on mills as we prioritize production not forgetting to work safely as well the most enjoying part of my work is when i am working on a breakdown then production director is around as to see how we do attend and solve technical problem the most challenging one is when u done everything as to follow the drawing and only to find out that one proxy or sensor is not giving back signal to plc

Excellent, in maitanance..n fitting,

I am hardworking, passionate, consisted and discipline,good in maitanance assembly, manufacturing, welding as well ,,co2,stick,brazzing..trailer builder &repair, structural maitanance,pipes repairer & new building, vessels, vat,pipe fitting.. As well,

It was a great company.

A typical day at work include, maintenance feedback meetings, liaise with maintenance artisans and production managers regarding breakdowns, planned maintenance and production tools. Assisting the Tool room/ Machine shop with CNC programs, drawings and technical advise. My relationship with many of my co-workers are almost like family because of the amount of years we are working together. I have learned to take ownership of my job and the people and equipment under my supervision. One of the most satisfying things and sometimes most challenging are to solve problems.

Pros: Good working hours.
Cons: Not much room to be promoted.
