Excellent personal growth

I get to work with diverse groups of people, conducting Risk assessments, and providing Health an safety information /awareness to personnel, Liaising with external stakeholders such as RMA, AND Department of Labour and training service providers. Promoting a culture to both management and shop floor personnel. I have learned that leading by examples not only promote a safety culture but also a sure way to get buy in. I enjoy working in a team. The challenge I face is for personal to have a sense of ownership however learned that highlighting the positives, providing training

Excellent learning curve

Working environment is great. Good relationship with coworkers. I have lent working as a team. I enjoy working at laboratory. Sometimes it's too bem

Just okay

Challenging job

A company that makes a person technically minded .... And someone can grow within the company... It has good name around South Africa mines ...it is the best company in the metal industry, and that made it to grow big and hire more than 500 employees...which is a very good thing ...
