Great company to work for.

The company has high turnover but no opportunity for growth. No benefits for contract workers and they keep on extending contracts with no salary increase which is very disappointing for an international company.

The bonus is based on 30% of annual salary and company performance

Business partner to South Africa Pharam, Diagnostics and KAPA Sequencing company. In addition to oversee operations in Sub Sahara Africa countries. I enjoy working with people, problem solving, innovation (new solutions) and working towards Agile offices. Im responsible for regional projects in the EMEA region, this I enjoy the most and learn on a daily basis

Pros: Roche is a company with innovative cancer drugs, I am truly honoured to be part of that. In addition we as Informatics strive to simplify processes and come up with innovative ideas for agility and business support in Africa.
Cons: A lot of standardization of software in the region that is not always a fit for all countries.

We work hard together to get medicines to patients

This company has taught me what innovation really is. Working within a market with medicines that is totally new to deceases is both challenging and rewarding. Their are so many “o-my-word” moments that we have, causing us to strive for more! Collaboration and support is a must, there is no way you can be innovative on your own. Really a good company to work for.

Cons: Unfair staff treatment
