To handle a stressful situation calm and keep the doors open.

My typical work day is opening my mail and seeing to it. organisation of petty cash and giving drivers slips. Quotations, Invoicing and delivery notes on work completed. l answer the switchboard and as well as the intercom to let everyone in as well as to greet clients for the appointments . screen calls. Collection of debtors , preparation of seven sales staff quotes. Daily cash flow register for the financial director and CEO. All books up to balance Sheet. I have excellent people skills and work well with co-workers. I have learnt to work with government, tenders and Zimbabweans. I enjoyed seen the company's age analyses on current and the CEO smile. I enjoy the respect of authority I get from my co-workers. Most challenging aspect is when the board is going and the door intercom ringing at the same time, I sometimes feel like a security guard.

Have an outgoing personality enjoy working with my co-workers.l get energy from people, enjoy working in a team because l have good and motivational leadership skills.l enjoy socializing with my colleague's.
