Projects Done

I have learned about UPS, Generators, different AV solutions, Access control, CCTV, new business fibre installations and implementation of these items We moved building and it taught me a lot I love new challenges and learning new things I am the vibrant bubble person in my department that’s pushed team spirit. I love meeting new people and learning the way people do thing in the environment that can improve on working smarter I am comfortable at what i do and the roles are always changing yearly, so we all grow in different areas and I am great full for that as it has taught me a lot An interview would be amazing for me to go into detail about my experiences and the value I can bring to a business

Pros: Never get bored as new challenges arise daily

Rohlig Grindrod

Grindrod is an extremely well maintained and we'll diverse company to work for. I have learnt and grown tremendously in the past 5 years.. Rohlig Grindrod takes customer service to another level. Customers are always please with the service provided by the controllers. Whoever there is no room to grow. In the past 5 years I have worked at Rohlig Grindrod there has not been any promotions in the Durban branch. All controllers are hard working . But are in n the same position for years. The people are very pleasant and helpful. Grindrod is an extremely well maintained a

Learning curve

No benefits ,CTC too small to cover all no bonuses at all , no employees appreciation using old slower system , so many old ppl who should have retired

Been in the Freight Industry for 15 yrs and at the company for almost 14 yrs. I would like to grow in a company. I have been promised such a lot but have not seen results. I

Excellent learning curve

The company that I currently work for doesn't offer the growth that I am looking to build my career. I feel I have acquired enough knowledge in the freight forwarding industry and it is time to move into other fields. I am a team player and I respect everyone different cultures. The most challenging aspect of my day to day job is to satisfy the client and also save costs.
