Work as a Senior Technical Consultant

Working in my current company is exciting because it is like a community whereby you can communicate freely with everyone. There is a lot of emphasy on completing daily tasks and team collaboration. There is also a great desire to learn from each other and grow as a group.

Pros: Diversity of work. Opportunity to work as a technician, sales consultant and mentor to junior consultants
Cons: They don't pay much

Excellent learning curve

I have worked with the company for a year. And i have been working soo hard for this position but they are only offering me 5000 for a permanent position. I was willing to to grow with the company. But with this kind of offer i do no think am gonna stay long. It does not even cover any of my needs. Just transport
