Hard worker, team leader, very good with people, love the job I'm doing

My company is under financial strain, and they have promise to increase my salary since last year, and so far nothing happening the company is well manged, but the salary I'm getting is not according to what I deserve as an well experience person.

Pros: Learning opportunity
Cons: Less money for my experience
