Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work is I pull reports of outstanding authorizations so I can liaise with medical aids. Start preparing for a confirmation sheet for the following day. Once that is completed I email them to the relevant departments. I cover colleagues when they take their lunch breaks. I admit patients while doing everything else. At 4pm when a staff member leaves, I then cover the emergency unit until 7pm

Excellent learning curve

My daily duties include but not limit to taking out patient files for the.day making sure all paperwork is in.order, consult with patients, answering call for any general enquiries /appointments, typing medical reports, general filing, capturing expenses for the month. I have leant so much on work related and general adminstration. Attention to detail plays a huge role as you are working.with.confidential information which was the aspect I learned in my time.
