Great experience but little growth potential

I have learned quite a lot from this Company in just a short time, coming from thee retail industry to the office environment. there is however not much room for growth, I manage all office duties daily.

Pros: always something new to learn from different Client's systems/procedures/processors
Cons: Not much growth potential

Good learning curve

Good working relations with colleagues and management, with some poor communications at times. I enjoy working on my own mostly when compiling and submitting quotations, invoices, etc. I have learned excellent Client service maintenance and skills. It becomes challenging when the work load slows down, as there is no further growth available for me here.

Pros: Had the priviledge of exploring Administrations field, and absolutely love it!
Cons: Slow work load
