Rose bank College helps existing students who are interested in working in sales, doing marketing and help prospective students. Brand Ambassadors travel to some part of provinces outside gauteng to get potential students. Travel around Johannesburg too. We help Rosebank College grow their Brand as we go out their and look for people Its fun working there and everyone is a friend Work from 8am-4pm When travelling outside Gauteng the company car fetched us at 4am at home and we arrive he at 5pm We work one Saturday a month. Fun coworkers we all around the same group. I've learnt to sell a product and market I enjoy travelling most. Challenges is when we travel to unfortunate areas.

Pros: Learning to do Sales and Marketing. travelling.
Cons: working late to reach daily target

I need a job

I am still a student at Rosebank College, i do not work there. i am looking for a job due to the fact that i have been failing to pay my fees and i a have family to take care of.

Pros: i know how to work well with people. i also prefer to work alone as that helps me focus more on my work.
Cons: i dont have a car

Looking to practice the knowledge acquired during my studies

I report for work on Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 where I conduct classes, manage Independent Contractors (part-time lecturer) and students. I fall under a department that is made of Three individuals (Programme manager and two programme coordinators) where we have a great relationship with the department and with other departments. The job I am doing afforded me an opportunity to write departmental reports to seniors and juniors among things like dealing with different people with different issues, engage with colleagues from other departments, the knowledge of Learning Management System and consistent practice of Microsoft and the experience of Pastel Payroll Software (SAGE Application). I mostly enjoyed the reading and preparations of Accounting and Payroll classes as they gave me an opportunity to keep up the focus on the knowledge of what I studied. I never found anything challenging with the current job I am doing.

Pros: Getting to help students with their studies
Cons: Not practicing on what I studied as this can lead to my knowledge being outdated as time flies.

Learning curve is tough

I have learnt to work well under pressure. I have learnt to work with different people on a daily basis. I have acquired skills and knowledge on how to behave in a working environment. The most challenging aspect of the job is bringing customers and signing up your target in a short period of time that you are given.

Pros: Great opportunity of meeting new people everyday
Cons: People not wanting to sign the contract.

Energetic

I am career driven Fast learner Good communication skills enjoy working under pressure I have a good personality Work well with different people of different cultures I don't mind working extra hours. The is a lot of students and a lot of work because some students don't understand right at the spot. There is always a problem to solve.

Innovative and self motivated

Typical day will include but not be limited to following up on customer enquiries. Assisting the team to achieve goals though reviewing strategies that worked and those which didn't work. I am an open minded person and I understand that as humans we do have personal challenges at times and I try to ensure that my team understand that so that they can focus at work knowing that we can fully support each other. I enjoy communication and producing results. Managing one aspect of my team from National office becomes a bit challenging, because all I rely on is the CRM report and not being able to see the kind of obstacles they came across.

Cons: No growth and unequal salaries

i am goal driven individual with exceptional customer service, practical approach to problem solving and excellent communication skills.Willing to lean and open for new opportunities.i have great experience with CRM system and Vision system.i have flexible attitude toward my responsibilities and also willing to go extra mile to reach organisation's goal.my knowledge and experience of office systems as word, email , calendar software and excel believe will add value together with my good understanding of office administration.i take all my mistakes as motivation to encourage me to do better in the future.i am confident about my effective presentation skills and looking forward to join you organisation so you can have the experience of how real is everything i wrote about myself.

Ability to learn more.

I strive to achieve the highest standard to any task. I am dedicated to learn business processes and accounting pronouncements. I managed to work well under pressure during my Administration experience and handled client’s complaints and solving problematic situations. I enjoy working in a team; being organised; accurate and fair. I Strengthened this skills as a Stock Take Personnel. I am currently studying toward a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management. I believe am an asset that is willing to grow within your organisation. Education
