Excellent learning curve

Great working environment Great team building with Co-workers Good communication skills with people Difficult to deal with the bosses on some days I have learned to be polite with people and know how to deal with different people from different backgrounds. Being able to multitask and deal with clients at same time. I enjoyed being around friendly and loving colleagues and helping each other. I had a good relationship with all my colleague , I was always there to talk to and give some advices.

Pros: Great opportunity for work experience
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent career changing experience

I am a person from a well-groomed background, whatsoever I have learned it had come at a price, at Roseville I had worked my way up, from being a intern,secretary in administration then now a lecturer through the years, I have broaden my skills and advanced my self in many ways, a challenge is always a leaning curve. This company has went through many phrases of changes of growth which challenge me yet it's one of the things that makes us grow n also appreciate our strength as collgues in the work place, Iam one of the socially orientated people, very helpful and hard working. Mostly my day would be spent in the lecture rooms, with the students.

Cons: Alot of paper work
