Exposure to production

A Typical workday would start at 07:00 until 17:00 or the work is finished. I had a good relationship with my co-workers. I learned to listen to the workers on the ground floor. I enjoyed working outside most. The most challenging aspect of my job is to cut the budget the whole time.

Pros: Chance to work hands on.
Cons: No chance for promotion
