Very interesting company operates differently from others it a new company

I am a hard worker always eager to learn and a fast learner. My moto is never fear when Laura is near. Being a female we always get underestimated but I always surprise people around me. I have great supervisory skills and am capable of ordering, buying and planning my own work. I never give up in life and at one stage for experience being a newly qualified fitter I even worked for 7 months as a contractor. I also traveled 266kms a day to gain experience for 2 years.

Pros: I have sound knowledge as a supervisor and on SAP
Cons: I always am willing to work long hours even weekends

Excellent learning curve

Assist in the Lab by size grading, calculating moisture, analyzing samples with XRF Assist in the quarry risk assessment, stockpile planning and prospecting Assist in drilling and blasting Good interpersonal relationships with all employees Have learned how to be self motivated as I didn't have a proper supervisor, have also learned how to produce excellent work. I have enjoyed working under pressure and learning how to cope and still produce results. The most challenging expect of the job was figuring out my job description and being as useful as I could.

Pros: Great opportunity for gaining experience
Cons: No supervisor to assist me when I need help
