It is an exellent learning curve

we work part time most of the time one to three months at times,12hrs a day,7days a week.i have a good relationship with my co-workers and i am now good with problem solving skills.i enjoy doing break downs working under preasure and being able to to overcome them.the most challenging thing was was working while the plant is running but non the less i love what i do.

Pros: you might be promoted to being a supervisor
Cons: yah long working hours,not that i am complaining because its temporary and the money is good

we have long working hours from monday to monday but the relationship with my co-workers is good because we always assist each other when ever needed and we share ideas.i have learned so much since working for rotek valves and i believe i can take on any challenge that comes my way.

Working under pressure on normal day for me. My relation with my co workers are good and respeck all. What I learn is nobody are the same and respeck it. Working as a team are very nice and I enjoy it. The most callenging aspects of job is safty of all my people at work.
