Opportunity to learn and expand mentally is a great advantage.

Co workers is very helpful. Learnt a lot about electrical motors and all its components. Unfortunately management do not recognize any valuable input from anyone.

Pros: Co workers is great to work with.
Cons: Management needs discipline.
