I thank you for taking the time to read and receive my CV for the Service Specialist Position. I am very interest in this position as I enjoy working in a technical customer/support environment. Customer service and satisfaction is a key performance area. I am willing to provide this to your customers by means of dedication and commitment in all aspects of my duties. Working with my hands and problem shooting technical issues is familiar to me as I often repair vending machines and electrical domestic and garden equipment. I can work as part of a team and independently without supervision. Willing to prove myself in all aspects once skilled and familiar with your requirements.

Opportunity to learn in all work areas.

Royal truck is a family oriented business which made at times a bite difficult which has thought me how to handle difficult situations. Daily targets helped me to understand how to successfully achieve a productive day. Handling customers of all sorts making it my duty to meet all their requirements. Team work was key and I've enjoyed the work environment. Having to deal with difficult clients was was challenging as time past I've learnt how do it in a suttle and professional manner

Cons: Not much room to grow
