Excellent learning curve
I used to be a trainiee accountant, my typical day involved going to the client ,once there work on my sections and assist my juniors. I got along with my coworkers, some of the trainees became good friends of mine,in my group there were thirty of us.we such a strong and competitive group which pushed me beyond my limits and learnt a lot. I enjoyed the travel and being around fellow trainees. The most challenging aspect of my work was working with different clients and tight audit dead lines.
Pros: Opportunity for growth is quite important for me as am starting off my career as a newly qualified.
Cons: For me the overall culture of the company matters to me.

The training marked the beginning of my career, i am still in the process of exploring my options.
I spent most of the time in the tax department which was a team made of 15 people. At work we did engage on social activities from time to time as a team for the phrposes of team building. We also held regular progress meetings in the department, where the results of the department will have discussed and how we can make them better. We worked from 0800 to 1630 on weekdays. I also wemt on several audit, amd we worked long hours to meet the deadline. Audits provided an environment where i had to learn to work with different team members.
Pros: Being introduced into the world of work.
Cons: Lack of challenge in my work
