Awful experience worst company I have ever worked for in my life

The company is in a total state of chaos. There is no hierarchy within the company, no chain of command. Instructions being shouted from every direction. I have a fantastic team within the warehouse however the non-warehouse staff are rude and obnoxious with no reason. The system that the company is currently implementing is full of bugs, is completely unstable and unreliable. You are expected work all hours or the day, night and weekend with no remuneration or thanks. In all honestly this is the worst career move I have ever made.

Pros: There just aren't any...
Cons: Unrealistic hours and expectations. Unrealistic goals and KPI's . Extremely negative company to work at.
