I an a fast leaner who fallows instructions

I am a young and energetic person with excellent working skills in the Administration sector.I strive to be at mybest perfomence at all time in the working sector to be productive for the company.I understand the importance of working as a team towards achieving goals and objectivies of tha organasation.I am a self motivated person,able to work underpressure and fallow instructions to meet dead lines.

Yes it was an excellent learning curve

Being a manager is challenging,but yet motivating ,because you are a captain of a ship.everything is on your shoulder to ensure a smooth daily operation of a business..you also learn every new concept on daily basis .interaction with different customers from different. background. In the company there are opportunities of upgrading yourself as company always seeks new and better ways of running the business through technology

Pros: Due to experience I was likely to be promoted ,but on the other hand company embarked on restructuring
Cons: Long hours,yes but pressure and stress always take its toll

Every day is a new experience when dealing with customers

It was an honour to be a part of such a prestigious company,Where you could grow and learn at the same time,I had a very good relationship with staff and managed 32 staff in my store,I enjoy dealing with customers and have a strong in inabaility in resolving clients queries and needs,I believe in embracing change as its a daily challenge.

Pros: i have been a relief area manager
Cons: embracing changes
