Well established

This a well established construction company that has projects running threw out the country of various industries and sizes, Each morning starts with team talks regarding daily plans and safety discussions before going to work. Each member has his responsibilities given to him/her from management and is supervised threw out the day to ensure plans and deadlines are kept

Pros: company housing, company phone, company bakkie, medical aid, pension,
Cons: No compensation for over time, little chance of growth,

I've learnt alot about building construction.

A typical for me at work is basically doing whatever it is that my foreman instructs me to do, which is pretty much anything concerning building construction. My relationship with my co-workers is very good I'd say because I live and work with them. In the little time I've spend with this company I've learnt how to paint professionally, pave and alot of other things reated to building construction. I've enjoyed doing work that I had never imagined that I'd do and I got to travel so I also enjoyed that a great deal. The most challenging aspects I would say is working with heavy machinery and working in dusty conditions.

Cons: Working under hazardous conditions

Hard working, purpose driven, excellent management skills

I am a hard working, purpose driven person. I love a challenge. I am also time driven. I am a very neat and strict worker. I have a lot of experience in many different fields. Long hours of work is no problem for me.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
