My Professional Growth

I had the opportunity to: - Design and implement in-house training i.e Induction Programme, Regulatory courses, product knowledge courses, etc. - Work with all Business Units - Chairperson of the Training Committee - Invitee to People and Talent meetings on a monthly basis - Skills Development Development Facilitator My strength is working with people, I have an excellent people skills and understand the dynamics of adult learning.

Pros: I have been selected to participate in a programme "Higher Certificate in Management" which is used by the company to develop their employees for promotions
Cons: Long hours only if I'm working on a certain project
