Made improvements in being a good call centre agent.

This was my first call centre experience and it was every eye-opening. Apart from the salary that was offered (which was poor) there were good working conditions. It was a friendly environment because teamwork was essential

Excellent

In my current position, i have perfected my job at my company so, everyday i try something challenging or take on a new task. I have a good relations with my co-workers we are like family and we always learn from each other or learn each others job description to build our knowledge. I enjoy doing challenging work because i always exceed my target and expectations.

Little growth over long periods

A typical work day starts with no greeting from Management. All day you are monitored with regards to talking to colleages unless its work related My co-workers are lovely people Ive learnt that most of the time good employees leave company's because of poor management I enjoyed going home (Honestly) I genuinely had no challenges, except for controlling myself with salary disputes

Pros: Youre not unemployed
Cons: Salary always an issue
