I have learnt to interact with customers more ( customer relations )

i start the day with ensuring all the drivers are present for duty, check the trucks for any defaults (vehicle inspection) had them they daily duties (trip sheet) and making sure they leave the yard on time. Then i reconcile yesterday deliveries check and capture POD's, track the vehicles as they make their collections and delivers, communicate with customers if any changes happens. I am currently working with a good time in the logistics department we get along well.

Pros: 07:00 to 16:30 short hours
Cons: salary not up to standard

Not bad

Not a new environment to work in, good and safe environment to work in.I have learnt a lot in shipping and insurance for dispatching trucks and containers.

Pros: Get to learn new things from different departments
Cons: unscheduled overtimes

I am a person who is willing to learn

I am a self motivated individual who is willing to learn from those who are ontop of their fields. I have 5 years of experience as a security officer, I also have experience as a security supervisor

Pros: I enjoy working at the company an since I work there I learn more skills of how to deal with different people
Cons: I am willing to work long hours and I enjoy spending my time at work

great company where everyday is a learning curve because no day is ever the same a bit stressfull sometimes but the co workers are always there to assist when help is needed.

• Manage engineering groups, maintenance of metal fabrication Melt Shop and Rolling Mill • Department added for my management, 6 month at the company, Machine Shop • Write SOP’s and set Safety Objective and rectifying risks to standards and policies • Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams as needed • Conduct interviews, hire, and train new technical support • Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in • Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production • Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements • Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects

A challange

Primary health care, occupational health care-medical surveillance treating injuries on duty running the following 3 clinics with 3 separate doctors- *chronic care- diabetes, Hypertension ,HIV *primary health care *occupational Health care interactive relationships I have a passion for my job and enjoy helping people working in a private company

Excellent learning oppotuninty

On a Daily i work hand in hand with payroll department as well as the HR department. Currently i am working on employment equity and occupational module where i do a cleanup of the information captured. I also work with time and attendance and fraxions

Pros: Opportunity for me to grow professionally
Cons: hardly get time to go on lunch break
