Excellent learning curve

It was a good learning curve working with this company. salary also was satisfactory. There is more opportunity for growth & I was glad to hear part of the team building the biggest Powerstation(Kusile Powerstation) in the continent of Africa.

Good expierence

Good company with lots of different work areas. U learn alot in all the possible ways to do different tasks. Not many ways to work yourself up as there is only certain positions available. Good communication skills with different races.

Pros: U learn every day new things and how to do things easier.
Cons: Not permanent work

Excellent learning curve

I am normally the first at the office and one of the last to leave. I have had no complains from the boss. All Co-workers enjoy having a chat with or to get my opinion on certain situations. I am always up for a challenge when it presents itself.

Pros: Stable Company
Cons: Long hours, Bad traffic

Excellent exposure to Rope Access

A very young Company working towards becoming more Corporate. Good values and culture adopted. Working hours are semi flexi. The management component is very young. Skills development and training is always encouraged.

Pros: Great Company to learn from
Cons: Policies and Procedures are not always enforced accordingly
