IT IS A CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT BUT VERY GOOD TO LEARN AT AS WELL. I DEAL WITH DAY TO DAY OPERATION OF THE LAB, I DEAL WITH INTERNAL CUSTOMERS AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS WHICH ARE THE GROWERS. I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS. I HAVE LEARNT NOT TO REACT TO SITUATIONS BUT RESPOND. AND I HAVE ALSO LEARNT TO LISTEN AND GIVE ADVICE WHERE I CAN. I ENJOY INTERACTING WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE OF DIFEERENT RACE AND POSITIONS. TO DEAL WITH A PERSON WITH BAD ATTITUDE IS THE CHALLENGING PART
