Excellent learning and growing environment
I work with 4 young industrial engineering, we work mostly with the ERP/IFS System doing the production and supply chain work , fixing the routine sheet, doing 5s , time study and fixing the MRB cases and doing the process improvement. we have a very good work and personal relationship with my co-workers and every Thursday we have a culture break where we discuss about our work environment and how our line managers treat us and how is our ideal work place . I enjoy working as a team and getting project to run on my own where I grow and get a chance to apply my engineering skills and techniques. The most challenging aspects it's when you do work and not being recognized and not even get a feedback on how you can improve and also I do the same work as my co-workers but I don't get the same salary as them and we have the same qualifications.
Pros: great opportunity for improving leadership skills
Cons: not being acknowledged

Excellent in growth and experience
I have N2-N6 Electrical engineering, I have a trade test results still awaiting the certificate. I did fault finding on DB's and wiring DB's, I was installing Trunkings and power skating, Isolator installations, socket outlets and light installations. Rewire lights from fluorescent to LED and installation. General maintenance, licking roofs, broken floor tiles, replacement of broken ceiling panels, and maintenance of extraction systems. Saab Grintek Defence was quite an intriguing company where you learn something new everyday with both Electrical and electronics with a caring family environment where Ur problem becomes our problem. I learnt alot and grew in terms of the smallest things we don't take note of in a working environment. Where if you don't abide by OHS, U don't work at all.
Pros: On the department that I was in which is the facilities department there is not much growth when it comes to promotions. You grow with work knowledge as proof of that Saab Grintek Defence made it possible for me to be trade tested on the electrical engineering field.
Cons: The hours are normal and I find even fair especially in other departments other than the facilities department.
