Medium learning curve

I have learned a lot of things at SAAB GRINTEK ,I have met lot of people who inspired me personally and who guided me .My relationship with my co-workers was above the board, I had a chance to work in teams, team buildings its what I enjoyed most. The most challenging aspects was to work with very difficult suppliers but as much as challenging as it is I managed to smooth them out because of my patience.

Its a very nice company to work for.

From the time i started in this company i have learnt many different programs and different ways of working which i quickly adopt to. i join an esteemed Organization at a challenging, respectable and rewarding position offering work in the time of need. Well structured company with many perks in hours of work.

Working under pressure

Team worker enjoy working with my co workers and I respect our client . optic fibre is the work we do fttb (fibre to the business) and ftth (fibre to the home )

Good work Environment

Working on the field is a good experience as it teaches how to adjust to an every changing work space. As a result of this work my teamwork experience has been improved and better understand the need for it.

Excellent learning curve

I work from home via e-mail and calls. My head office is in centurrion 50 Oak avenue techno park. I maintain Vodacom networks throughout the whole Mpumalanga. I supervise construction build. I give daily update on work being done on site.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve

Daily duties includes, site surveys, transmission installation, acceptance testing and site commissioning. We also deal with VB client to schedule site and meetings and appointments. We travel to remote areas and often have to work long hours. We are also expected to assist with radio maintenance and support.

Pros: Great exposure to telecoms
Cons: Long hours away from home

Excellent learning experience

It was great working at Saab Grintek, I had an opportunity to work with multi cultural groups I learnt Interpersonal skills and team work also the technical IT aspects.
