Great Learning Opportunities

Working at Saatchi and Saatchi has been a great experience for me. I enjoy the projects that I work on, purely because my client is great. A typical work day includes all sorts of aspects in planning, coordinating and producing in terms of rolling out the event. Saatchi has taught me to have attention to detail and to be able to multi-task, to be able to handle multiple projects at the same time. It has also taught me to take everything with a pinch of salt, not to take work matters personal and to be able to work through issues you might have with colleagues and / or clients. I enjoy travelling, being able to work on the ground and experiencing the events that I currently work on, seeing your hard work roll-out well is a great feeling. The most challenging aspect of the job includes handling jobs that you have limited time on and being afraid of not delivering that work on time.

Pros: Not being stuck in a day to day routine
Cons: There is no retention strategy in place for employees

Experienced in what i do

Itypixal workday was 8 tov5pm woth occasnal overtime.Had a great relationship with all my co workers The industry was very volatile and retrenchment Was always imminent in this industry. Needed job security at this stage in my life.. i loved what i did and was very experienced in it. Timelines was challenging at times . normal

Cons: No room for Promotion
