Errors with Solutions

We using agile process, we have meetings everyday for code review our chief software engineer take care of that, we work under pressure most of the time. we do help one another if someone is need help but you start by trouble shooting first then ask for help. I have learnt how to research fixing bugs, trouble shooting, I have learnt that every problem have a solution but it take a good research to find some of the solutions. I enjoy coding the backend, the interface it fun. The most challenging aspects is having a deadline while you having some errors at the same time .

Pros: I do not see any
Cons: We work during weekends if there is a dead line

Sable Assets is a good company and it has good management as well. I have learn how to create softwares and maintain them and test them at the same time.

Excellent learning curve

I love working with people. I have great relationships with my colleagues. I have learned about other people culture, but most of all I have learned how to conduct myself as a team leader. I enjoy programming, it is my passion. It will always be a challenge to be a team leader especially when some of group members don't perform up to their standards.
