How unique i am
I am excellent person who is always very energetic and always willing to learn new things. My relationship with my co-workers I am a team player and an individual player. I have learnt that accommodating all different cultures in your work environment will make you survive. What I enjoy most is being busy and understanding what I have to do and being able to guide other co-workers. the most challenging aspect is when my manager or superior does not give more information on what I have to do or get message from someone in the corridor. I believe communication is the golden rule in each company. I am a unique person who is goal driven and always make sure that I achieve and meet my target dates. confidentiality is always the rule that always make me to survive. I am a hard worker and always early at work.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things and have an idea on how to tackle them
Cons: willing to go an extra mile and also work long hours without even thinking of extra money.

Expectations in a new job
Working in an environment where customer service and one's HCM skills and knowledge are important and valued make it easy for one to wake up and go to work. The relationships with one's team, employees, management team and unions are crucial and very motivating for one to want to do better and learn every day. Maintaining these relationships, trying to finish one's to do list on a weekly basis, keeping HCM relevant to all stakeholders and improving service are the main challenges in this job. There is no day that's the same as the previous one as while it is important to finish tasks for the day or week, customer needs change almost everyday and thus getting the balance right between the two becomes a daily challenge.
Pros: The job would be more desirable if it includes dealing with all facets of HR including team leadership
Cons: While it is necessary, being bogged into administrative issues without proper supporting structure will prevent one from using one's hr strategic leadership.

I'm a quality Officer
I'm a smart worker and can work alone or as agroup. I have a good relation with my superious and co-workers. I have learned a lot of things including the quality management systems. I enjoy to receive compliments from clients because that motivates me work even more better. To be able to meet the budget every month.

Great leadership skills acquired
I am able to drive up performance, implement process improvement aimed at streamlining activities and quality at the same time. I may not have mentioned it in my resume my abilities to provide motivation and inspirational leadership to all my staff but especial to my key staff such as supervisor. My experience to date has equipped me with multitude of relevant skills not only in quality but in running all core operational setup. I consider myself as a technical minded person who is capable of working in a fast paced ever changing environment and who is eager to learn about latest technologies as they emerges. My core strengths include but not limited to; 1. Exceeding productivity goals at the same time ensuring service excellence. 2. Managing team with initiative of driving performance 3. Working within Budget 4. Superb customer facing and client management skills. 5. Managing Lab Revenue

I have learnt testing, inspection, auditing, Maintanace, Report writting.....etc
I started working at SABS as a student and I was permanently employed after a year, I learned a lot at SABS and I feel like I need more challenges. I worked very well with my colleagues, we supported each other and worked together as a team. most challenging aspects was when one colleague does not do his/her job which will be the input to my job.
Pros: there are less oppotunities for technical positions.
Cons: worked over time voluntary due to work load

I work with a team of 12 people in my department and it has been a great experience that helped to figure out my weaknesses and strength. I am a very busy person everyday and its never a dull moment in my line of work I enjoy sharing my ideas with my co workers and also take some of their ideas into consideration I enjoy being in a clean and comfortable environment where people are friendly and dedicated to do their work every morning when they start their day the most challenging aspect in my current job is to make sure that my clients are always happy and know where to go when they need assistance, which is me and that makes me proud.
Pros: Organizing, planning and very good interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English, Attention to Detail aptitude for learning new skills, Very good office administration skills, Assertiveness skills, Accuracy and typing speed.
Cons: the cons will be that there is no opportunity for growth and at my age i would like to be in a management position but there is no hope of improvement and promotion

Excellent working curve
Working at SABS has allowed me to revolve and combine the technical experience I have gained and apply it in my office work. Interacting with clients on a daily basis requires that I should always be focused and communicate effectively at all levels. Being goal-oriented has enabled me to always meet my targets and exceed that which was expected of me. I enjoy the management of projects as well as interacting with the industry as this allows me to always be aware of any technological advances happening.

Excellent learning curve
Working were I was was a very excellent learning curve for me,it gave me an exposure to learn lot of things about the working envinroment and how to interact with clients and leadership as well as taking ownership

Quality based environment
There's a great deal of focus on the quality achievement of products, and services. The customer is put first, in order to achieve quality orientated goals. There are very close relationships with co workers, as the work requires such involvement. The thing I enjoy most is testing a customer's product with the most commitment and responsibility, knowing that I make a difference in the nation.
Pros: Being exposed to servicing the customer and the nation
Cons: There are no cons per se, just generally working with people who pull in the opposite direction sometimes

Excellent growth opportunity
Resolving technical and non-technical customer queries People Management Managing Human Resources stuff I enjoy making my customers smile I have learnt that one can also learn from their subordinates
