h working with people it's headache at time but we treated each other with fully respect what I've learned is that be yourself in every way people can be rude while talking with them on the phone but try to be gentle and understanding that u are at work what I enjoyed the most is that don't be scared to share your thouts we are all humans who learn each an every day other with fully respect and

Pros: Yes there are good opportunities if u really working hard they wouldn't just give anyone a promotion without well inspired by that particular person

Excellent learning curve...

We work mainly with underprivileged people, where is sometimes its hard to make ends meet. My relationship with my co-,workers is excellent though we can have differences regarding our job but we get along very well. I have learnt a lot on the studies of HIV and how to care beyond the little that you have... Its challenging to deal with people who are not cooperative it makes it difficult to get your work done.

Pros: Learning a lot
Cons: Walking long distance
