My learning opportunity at SAFACT

Working Hours were from 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday Had a great relationship with Manager, Owner, Supervisor and Staff were more like family. I have learnt the background of Forensics, Legal and Chain of Evidence. Learning and practicing the new environment were the fun parts for me, were more adventurous than caged. The most challenging part of my job was the salary and the politics, salary wise I could not afford to make a living and knowing the fact that the company reduces salaries when ever they want to and that they steal money from their staff. Politics wise, there were too much racism and unfairness and family working for each other which caused staff conflics as the manager and owner paid their family more even though the family member had less experience and could not complete any of their job duties.

Pros: Knowledge and build of sell confidence
Cons: Salary, Conflict and opportuntity not to grow

Typical work day is from mon to frid 8am to 16:30 pm Had a strong relationship with co workers except with the department managers I got to learn some legal and had the chance to improve my skills I enjoyed improving my knowledge and the association with my co workers Salary and the manager was the most difficult for me to cope with

Cons: Salary, Lazy and Racist Manager

Life at SAFACT

Typical work day was from mon to friday 8am to 16:30 pm I had a great relationship with the co workers and owner except with the department manager I have learned some legal and have improved my existing skills I enjoyed learning everyday and the association with different people everyday Salary and the Maanger was the most difficult part of my day

Life at SAFACT

Typical work day was mon to frid from 8 am till 16:30 I had a great relationship with all of my co workers and owner I learnt some paralegal processes and developed my existing skills growing it I enjoyed meeting new people and gaining new knowledge No challenges in my workplace except with the manager as she was racist and caused alot of problems for my coworkers and me and was very unprofessional

Learning Curve At SAFACT

A typical work day consist of me working from 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday. Co- Workers were amazing and friendly except they liked to office gossip they became like family to me. I have learned how to work under pressure, use my multi tasking skill at the extreme, plan my weekly priority, assist police and clients telephonic and face to face, report daily to department manager and supervisor. I enjoyed the knowledge I gained and the people I met and seeing different aspects of what admin can do. Salary was challenging for me but the most challenging was coping with the drama in the company especially racism from the manager to her co workers.

Pros: Gained knowledge and Improved Skills
Cons: Salary, Racism and Doing everyone work even if it was out of my job description

Good learning process

Working in this company taught me to respect, be open minded and to challenge yourself,interact with people, I enjoy to work in this company because there are times we as employees we have to meet and have fun . I have a good relationship with my Co workers. The challenging part is to call the police for an updates,they always not at station.

Pros: Attending red carpet on the events
Cons: Lack of vision from management
