Excellent client relationship

I attend daily site meetings i check on all projects on site i work closely with staff and have excellent relationship with clients. I have learnt to communicate and build relationships with all clients ensuring that they are comfortable with me and importantly the work the company offers. i enjoy most with clients satisfactory. most challenging i findis when my employer underminds my ability

Vast field with a lot of knowledge gained

I've worked in petro chemical plants mostly and have just over 3 years experience. Most of which came form sapref refinery. I've had the opportunity to learn about different field of work due to the amount of other contractors on site. I had the opportunity of working in Mondi paper mill Richard's bay which gave me insight of a new field of work. All challenges which I've faced have been taken as leasons learned and how to face them should they arise in future.

Pros: Great opportunities learning about safety in different fields
Cons: Short term contract not exceeding one year

Vast field with a lot of interesting challenges

Due to the amount of sites which I'm currently running simultaneously I am able to gain more experience and learn about different field of work. I also learner how different sites comply with heath and safety including mitigation measures.

Pros: Vast field with knowledge from all sites
Cons: Travelling long distances to each site
