Pros: I do as I am told and finish my target on time.

289 corporate scheme management.implementation of policies and procedures for the department.
Insurance environment where multi tasking is essential. Being an effective team player with a leading personality allowed me to work well with the collection department. Implementing new policies and procedures for the company and reporting to the team leader. I'm currently handling 289 scheme from a single portfolio. Assigned to handle pick n pay nationwide. Most the work is manually done, I've learned to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pros: Visionary leadership is lacking
Cons: Most work is manually done and with short staff the department tends to be hands on a multiple functions

Exposure to new industry
I believe that my education background coupled with work experience makes me a strong candidate for the above mentioned opportunity in your organization. I learned a lot but in many ways I still have a long way to go.
The work enviroment on a day to day bases is very good and accomodative.The work entailed that I capture application forms,especially hard copies that came in via fax or hand delivered. I get along with basically everyone and it was not because I am that friendly,but more so the work enviroment is good and most people are friendly and it is mainly because of that,that we got a lot of work done timeously. I have learnt a lot about the insurance industry and a working enviroment.I enjoyed the challenge because we had to do a lot under a pressurised enviroment.
Pros: I learned a lot and opened my eyes to new opportunities
Cons: Poor structures in terms of methods and a lack of technological advancements

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt some valuation reports, and improved in doing quotations and rate reviews and doing Reserving. I enjoy pricing for customers. It's better because teams are close and approachable at anytime, it's an open environment to seniors, management and executive.
Pros: Great learning experience with close teams

What it has taught me
Working at my current company teaches you to deal with stress levels and curveballs. It has taught me to be more assertive and to not deter from my principles.
